Rockwool and the plastic

When you put your seedlings in the rockwool, do you leave the plastic on or should you take it off? I have seen both ways so not sure what is best..any help?

leave it on so u can label it

I tried hell of times doing the cube i like straight in the soil but just one mans opnion
