Rockwool cube seedlings transplanted into H&S Coco

G'day .
Have two seedlings in Rockwool cubes about a week old , one has roots out the bottom already ,one's a Thunder Fuck and the other is Money maker Autos ... What I want to know can I put them in the 200mm x 130mm netted pot of Coco and keep them under the same light a little longer to get them stronger at the moment they are under a 130 cfl envirogrow lamp at about 3 inches above them and a heat mat under it , temp between 25deg - 29deg Celsius ..
Also do I need to soak the coco as from a foggy memory a few years ago I used some and was thinking it expanded ?
I have used a very light Accent seed and sow solution on them and PH6.1 water for them as well to keep them just a touch moist and not to dry ..
I plan to make them mother plants to take cutting from then transfer cuttings to the grow room .
The mother room has a 600 watt hp light , do I put them straight on 18 hours when they go in there or can I go a bit lighter say 14 hours ..
That's about all for the moment , I'm sure there will more Questions as I go on ..
Cheers All

Cheers for that MRGreenFinger 99 ,some interesting stuff on there .. I'm using House And Garden loose material not bricks , I made up some water to ph 6.1 and threw in a big handfull of the mix and checked the slurryed mess with my EC meter and it was flickering between 300ppm to 400ppm so figured enough nutrient in it ..
I ended up planting the rookwool straight into the coco and gave a lite watering of PH 6.1 water and back under the light ,will see how it goes..

SarahJane211 Do you feel I'm doing the right thing I guess it's all have crack and see how it goes .. Any tips would be great ..
Cheers

You should add 1/4 nutrient with every watering and I always aim for PH 5.8 (rightly or wrongly).
There's nothing in the coco to feed your plants (no matter what the EC says)

The seedlings are looking good.
I also buy the loose material from my local 'plastic shop', 70c for a 1.5Kg bag full (15-20l).
