Is there something different that I should use beside Rock wool? Should I put the Rock wool in net pots then, so I can easily lift them up to check how heavy they are? Is there some kind of schedule out there that I could follow? My setup is pictured above. I will be growing 4 clones in 6" rock wool cubes. I want to know how many times a day I should water and for how long. Lastly, should I water while the lights are off or on?
