rockwool germination question...

Hey I have a quick question... lets say you germinate seeds in rockwool and they sprout. Are you supposedto leave them in the rockwool and put them in the soil while still inside the cube or take them out and put in the soil? (using coco by the way)

Leave them in the rockwool.

You'll just tear off most of the roots if you try to separate the plant from the rockwool.
