I usually put my seedlings into net pots once roots pop out.Just a small tote with 4 net pot holes in the lid and a couple airstones small light.Gives them time to grow roots,about a week later they go into the final system. Usually the flower room is just finishing up so the seedlings have a bit of a head start.
