OK I use Dutchie's in a 2 stage roll so I'll use that as an example on rolling.
Removal:
Starting at the mouth end of the dutch, twist it over your tongue till it is plenty moist, then find the end wrap (same side), and gently remove the outter leaf in a twisting off fasion (the reverse of how it got rolled on the dutch). Once the outter leaf is off set it to the sidem you will see a light brown colored end of the dutch (mouth side) you can easily snap that off. The look for the edge of the inner leaf wrap it goes length wise, take a pair a sharp sissors or a razor blade (un-used), and slice down that line, you will notice it has a 1/4" thats 2x as thick, cut that piece off, and cut both ends even. My blunts are 1.0g-2.0g, I suggest you try with .8-1.0g for your first time as it takes a bit of practice to roll a 2.0g blunt with a dutch. I pull my bud, but if you can't pull bud without pinching it to fuck then use a peg grinder (it tears the bud apart more then cutting it apart like the sharpe edged grinders from spacecase, ect.)
Step 1: HINT:"This part doesn't have to look pretty, and don't worry if a little bud falls out I will tell you how to fix that"
Take the dark brown inner wrapper, and spread your dank evenly from end to end. Now bring both ends together (the long ends), and work the blunt so one end is 1/4"-1/2" higher then the other end, now lick half of the blunt...just the small portion the is higher then the other section. Once it is wet, and sticky fold it over onto the lower side, now repeat this with the other half of the blunt. You should have a crued looking blunt at this point that stays together on its own.
Step 2: HINT:"This is where we make it look like a real blunt."
Lick the entire outter leaf with plenty of saliva (this will keep it from coming apart mid blaze), and place it on a something flat (I prefer DVDs cases or game cases). Now that its plenty wet place your "crued" blunt at the tip of the "triangle" looking side with your blunt going with the same angle as the outter leaf. Put your index, and thumbs together (no pressure on them) put one hand on the end of the blunt, and the other about a 1/2" down the blunt from the first hand. Apply slight pressure when your rolling but not too much because a blunt thats too tight won't burn well. Slowly work your way down the blunt till you reach the end of your "crued" blunt, snip the rest of the outter leaf off, and gather any dankness that may have escaped your blunt, decide which end you will light (most bud), and place the escaped bud in that end using a pair of sissors to pack it in. Notw take your lighter, and run it close, and quickly over your blunt, this will make sure the outside itsn't sticky so the blunt doesn't stick to your fingers. When lighting it dont start smoking it soon as its lit, light it by rolling it over, and over again through the flame till you see a nice rich smoke, and an ember starting. If the blunt didn't turn out perfect don't worry, that will come with time, and practice, long as its smokable its a good blunt. Now enjoy!!
Too Tight: HINT:"For those who rolled it too tight."
Once you have finished the second step but your blunt is too tight, put the blunt in a flat hand, then place your other hand on top. With very light pressure slide your hands back, and forth, so the blunt is "rolling" inside your hands. This will slightly loosen your dank inside your blunt so you don't have to keep re-lighting. Do this step over a desk so your bud aint on the floor if any falls out of the end facing down.
