ok i ran the 321 now am trying to find out what run next but not trying to be a pest i just need something like a feeding schudle thats all ready broken down frome start to finsh help please thinks

Look at the side of the bottle dude, the GH products give the the feed on the side of the bottle. Thats what the 3,2,1 is its just the numbers off the side of the bottle, I run the same nutes.
