before i reply sounding like a complete ass. i skimmed through this.
i read a bunch of "your fish will like it" type stuff. couldn't relate much.

but before i actually say "wtf?" when i get more time i'll actually read and think about it and get back with ya.

seemed like your reference is to a type of actual blackwater nute mix???

Lookin good chunky - don't worry about that seed-shell hangin on there, it'll sort itself out. Unless it's keeping a leaf from opening, it won't matter.

I also named my plants for my first 3-4 grows since I had only a few plants. I found that each plant developed it's own kind 'personality' and characteristics, and giving them names helped us focus on specific strengths and weaknesses between each plant of the same strain. It was very helpful when getting a variety of phenotypes from one strain and remembering each one as we smoked them... quite helpful! But my latest grow is only one plant, so I didn't name her. Have a look at my latest journal - she's a Tangerine Dream growing in a waterfarm under a screen and a 400w HPS light. This plant was LST'd a ton from very young, right into the 6th week of veg (I vegged 9 weeks), so it wasn't hard filling this 3.5'x3.5' screen. My grow's link is below.

An 85w 6500k bulb can probably be placed between 2"-3" from the foliage.
You want CFL bulbs as close as possible to the plant without leaf burn. This is to recieve optimal light intensity.

You said it's a blackwater sativa, I'd imagine in the wild it grew up in conditions similiar to the above mentioned Blackwater post.
Most of the people on that website don't like harming their fish, so they use basically vegan/organic recipes, by soaking leaves from blackwater plants in their water. They give total instructions on how to simulate Natural Blackwater conditions.
I figure you could give it a try in a DWC system?

Just be careful.
Give it a good read later.

Hey Dayz! Ya man, your waterfarm grow looks so healthy!! Definitely going to look into carrying Lucy over into it, and leave LuLu in a regular bubble bucket. it seems as if you are hitting a very high yield, and again very healthy as well. incredible.

i suppose i'm a fairly firm believer in things like talking to "living things" such as pets, horses animals whatever. Plants. No different. from what i've heard it seems as if plants enjoy listening to good music and being sung to while in the garden training her.
seems far out but ya know, whatever works works.
it gives me a break from baby talk with the boy all day
the wif kind of gets pissed at times. anyhow though i could see it helping keep up with your strains. better than BW#1,PE#3, or like SFV#5.

on a side note, i have an 8 panel hood right? and a SS 150HPS... soo question is, do you think possibly forming some kind of " U " SCRoG up the sides of the closet would be efficient with the given hoods/wattages??

also, i had the thought to place a main reservoir in the center and two bubblebuckets (and now a possible waterfarm) do you think i could attach the res. in the center to two seperate type systems?
you know more about the water farm and if it could be possible.

again your waterfarm grow is far out man!!

They are beast scroggers.
My friend was tellin' me their thoughts on whether plants talk to eachother.
I never thought about it that way, but I believe it now.
So keep as many plants as close together as possible! Let them communicate!

What a coincidence.
Well I don't know anything about the seeds, as far as I know they could be mexican crap.
I'm assuming it was just some uncared for, mass produced dry crap that went well past date and had most of it's THC turn into CBN.

So I hope to give her the best chance she can have to be killer!

i'll have to look up woodsmantoker. i hadn't seen the U shape done as well until i began reading the SCRoGrs Unite, in advanced training (er whatever)

anyhow though... i was wondering, have you ever looked into a colliseum?? i know it isn't SCRoG but damn, its pretty far out.

You could easily do a Colloseum ScroG.
I hear they're a pain in the ass to water, and you can't really reach the inside.
So make sure you get that planned out if you're interested.

rinsed out the rhizo in lucy rez.
i'd rinsed the roots pretty good but didn't want to damage them cleaning dirt away
lots rinsed out of the hydroton so it made sense anyhow
added back a small amount of VooDoo Juice 1.5 mL and 1 mL Sensi Grow.
pH'd down to around 5.9
still need damn batteries for my TDS stick before i get to crazy with anything.

will report in the morning with pics.

Ya i got trichomes. Cant see them with my phone camera but with my naked eye they are very noticeable. I have an 18'' uv light in there with them. Resin is sunblock The ones closer to the lamp are more covered than the farther away ones. You should look into one if you dont have one.
