Rollitup members...what would you do?

Still waiting to buy equipment but have a huge dilema. Do I risk shipping the equipment to my home or do I risk telling a friend (non-smoker) what I am doing in order to ship the stuff to their house? It would only be one light and a few odds and ins for a personal grow. As it stands right now, no one knows about the grow. If I had the stuff shipped to me home...it would stay that way. Not sure which option is safer.

Can you have it delivered in someone elses name to a p.o. box?

I don't have PO box...I thought about it, but they ask for a butt load of info when you go get one.

Side note of info: I have no criminal record.

If there's a grow shop around you...maybe you should ask your friend if you can borrow his car for a bit (yours is in the shop) to run an errand...(?)

If they're a non-smoker and they say no to taking deliveries for you...you've let the cat out of the bag for no reason at all.

If you order yourself and have it shipped to your home....find a garden supply or some other outfit that doesn't have HYDROPONICS in their name. Something coming from "ABC Nursery" will look a lot less suspicious than something coming from "Cannabudz Hydroponics Shop". This time of year it isn't out of the ordinary to have gardening supplies deliverd. mid-winter..maybe...but even then...it comes down to this:

IF *THEY* ARE WATCHING YOUR MAIL>>YOUR HOME>>>YOUR DELIVERIES>>>YOUR ERRANDS>>> you're ****ALREADY TOAST****.

If you do not have a local store that sells what you need then I would find somewhere or someone to deliver it to that would not mind in the least.

I asked the folks at Stealthhydro.com and they said that dozens of schools buy their hydroponic products as well as old ladies growing basil and roses and mint and sage and such. They also ship to people with Medical permits too. I think it is much safer than a Hydro store.

Great info guys...thank you! I've never seen a grow store around here...so its not an option I have a feeling this friend will have reservations about having it delivered to his house. No business address either. Maybe I'm just being way to paranoid over a simple thing.

If you ordered from HGT they send their stuff in plain nondescript boxes.

Same thing with BGH.

You are much safer ordering than going to a Hydroponics store.

In March, 2007, in Fayetteville Georgia, a Hydroponics store was opened and specialized in Pot growing, although they did not put that in writing.
The LAW, (the PIGS) went in, with a warrant and got the names of every buyer and visited them.
