I am sorry, who is going around arguments here? You just repeat yourself every post. I address every statement you make only to have you not respond and just repeat yourself again. How are their views different or would yeild different results? Its all just talk and pandering for votes like I said, they agree on absolutely everything in their actions, they work for the same gangs. They pander to different groups so they say different things. Why do you trust anything either of them say?

Interesting definition of Republican you have here, This also seems to apply to democrats in this thread the way you have characterized him in this make believe story about him trying to legalize it, which is a completely made up story, that you actually made up lol

I agree it certainly would make me a Republican most likely, but I don't believe this. Where did you pull this one from? Is this all from your fiction book about Obama trying to legalize Marijuana? How do you think your going to sell enough of these books to break even?

We are closer than we have ever been to ending cannabis prohibition.
No thanks to the Federal Government or Obama.

States prohibit alcohol sales at their discretion today, it is done by county. It's constitutional, and under the control of local constituents. If local voters want to make alcohol sales legal, all they have to do is get a majority vote to do so. "Baptists and bootleggers" represent the opposition to alcohol sales in dry counties. I have no problem with states exercising their right to police powers.

Striking cannabis from the CSA will not make it legal in any state, currently, but it will get the feds out of the picture. If cannabis is removed from the CSA then I expect some states will legalize and some won't. Suits me.
