phire still blows glass about twenty minutes from my house... they are the only ones that have come out with a glycerine coil besides illadelph...illadelph's is by far superior, and how about a 150 slit diffused, triple glycerine coil piece...?just saw it on their myspace

Lol I work in a RooR shop in sothern cali. Its quality glass for sure but there is quite a bit of difference between GERMAN RooR and RooR USA. RooR USA Has their majority of Glass blowers in southern cali. That means If you want custom worked RooR glass its quite easy to go into a damentia RooR retail and try and get them to blow what you want. Not quite as good as GERMAN RooR but it most deff gets the job done. Now on to illedelph....Their glass is FUCKING ILL!!! But soooooooooooo expensive. They are more on the artsy/worked glass side. YOu could have a complete worked peice from them if you would like. Im talking about Worked downstems, Bowls, Tubes, Glycerin coils. Different colored glass. Plus you can take some of them sons of bitches apart and stick part of them in the freezer to freeze for an optimal smoking experience. Its all comes down to personal preference in the end. Sure Crazy worked glass freezable shit is cool and all but its way to fucking expensive and Id be affraid to break it. We all know what smoking + plus handling glass can turn into. With RooR simplicityis Key and it accounts for alot. Im glad RooR isnt making perked peices anymore. People that toke a good bit spend more time trying to clean their peices/perculators than actually getting to enjoy the peice.

I have chiefed bowls out of both bongs on many occasions and they are both definently two of the best bongs money can buy. Having said that i would have to say roor wins simply because of the way it rips very smooth and you can take fat tokes. But illadeplhs are still fantastic bongs.

I have a illadelph blune 5mm beaker but I don't have the coil I was wanting to know is it safe for me to put my bong in the freezer and then add water or should I add the water first

I don't need an artsy and hard to clean bong.
