Root aphids?

A few of my plants are looking like they are suffering mag and iron deficiency. I can't tell what the issue is. PH seems on point. I am in coco coir. The plants are in Solo cups right now so easy for me to inspect the outer roots. I see some little buggers running around in there but having a hard time catching them on camera. I also have yellow sticky traps in every corner of my grow tents and nothing on them, maybe one gnat from months back. I was able to catch one of these buggers on camera. It is quick, they move fast. I am thinking soil mites and beneficial but would love a second opinion.

Two things that stand out is the shape seems more elongated than pear as well as they move pretty fast. Trying to diagnose. Pulling plants out of pots and looking for any signs. The top of my coco has a white chalky like residue but it looks more like salt build up on the coco. I am pretty sure it is actually mychorizzal fungus

If they're tiny little off white/beige they're likely mites. Also mites have 8 legs, aphids have 6.

fixed the video. Hard to see the legs but looks like six :/

I can't really tell but looks like hypoaspis miles. Do you find them crawling around the rim of your pots?

I have aphids currently. What you have is definitely not what I have. The common aphids most growers get are black. You're know you have them when you start to see the winged ones hanging around in your leaves. They move slow like a turtle.

The video is kind of crappy. I keep trying to slow it down and see but was not the greatest camera. They are not really crawling outside of the coco. I see them go in and out here and there. Definitely moving faster than a turtle. Nothing is latched on to any the roots visible.
