root has germinated and is tangled

im not sure if this is the direct into soil or the already germinated tap root put into soil

but the the root of the seed seems to be tangled and white will this be okay?

Should be fine after a few days. You can often avoid those issues by germinating in a fine particle size light starter mix and then transplanting after a week or so.

You can lightly mist that seed helmet to help keep it soft for the plant to shed it. If not you might have to very carefully remove it at some point.
