Root hormone as feed supplement

Hi there, have a question about using a root hormone as a feed supplement during the vegetation stage. A friend of mine swears by it, can any way plz confirm this or at least shed sum light as in why it wouldn't be a good idea?

Thanx muchly.

It could probably be done, as the plant is a weed and will pretty much grow no matter what, but I'd think that you'd want something formulated for vegging, rather than root growth. I've never tried it so I can't say one way or the other. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than I will come in and have something to say on the matter.

Just use some high quality food, root juice just wasn't meant to be a supplement.. Only benefit MIGHT be is root development

I think that any good veg nute will have the same substance used for rooting. Mine does for sure. I wouldnt use a veg nute without it personally

Much appreciated for the quick responses. I think I'm gonna use a little in my normal feed, just on the principle that bigger healthier roots system, better yield & result at the end, no?
