root rot, auto in an earthbox

Ive got an auto in coots mix in an earthbox at day 43. Super vigerous plant, but I noticed some yellowing bottom leaves last week. She's been drinking a full res/day (2g+). Today I noticed root rot (white stems) up the bottom 2 (x2) nodes. One snapped easily. How fucked am I? Should I just toss it all and start again? Is there any hope? She's definitely got another 45+ days left to go...

How is a leaf snapping off considered root rot? :blsmoke:
