Root rot elimination for 100% recovery - Confirmation needed!

i am having this same problem but my rot came from a dead sproutling. i have cut away some of the dead roots and have seen a burst of growth in the root zone. unfortunately some the rotted roots are still entangled in the new growth need to find some bacteria to help finish this growth, im in week 6 of flower with one blackberry and one ak48 .
