Looks fine I think (and I am not seasoned btw :) ), but if you want more specific info you'll need to provide more info, what medium are you using? light? height? nutrients (are you using RO or tap, is it 1/4 or 1/6 strength or just straight up tap water, is it pHed).

For a 5 day old plant though uh like I said before LET IT GROW, just don't worry bro smoke a joint and let it do its thing, it'll grow.

I'm using potting mix of peat moss, wood fiber and perlite.
Light
45W Full spectrum 380-800nm 144 LED (6 IR, 6 UV, 6 White, 36 Blue, 90 Red) currently about 20" above the top of the plant previously 23.5" above the top of the plant
Nutrients
Not using any currently, though i have a general 2-1-6 all-in-one nutrient solution which also contains cal, mag, iron and all the other micronutrients. I don't think I should use nutrients at early stage as i read online i could risk nutrient burn or something.
As for Water, I'm giving filtered water with a pH of 6.8 (i know it's a little high) I'm still waiting for my pH down solution to arrive. My tap water is way too high like 8-9.
Temp and Humidity are on the high range of 28-31C 70-80% RH. I do have a dehumidifier but planning to use that during the later stages. I do not have an AC or anything to bring down the temp and i live in the tropics. Wonder if the plant is able to handle extremes as she is 100% Sativa.
