Thought it would be nice to start a thread to get the pros and cons of using Root Stimulators. Do you use them? What results have you seen with them.

Two popular products are Rapid Start by General Hydroponics and Root Excelurator by House and Garden. Which do you think is better? Have you seen better results with one versus the other?

Ive use Rapid start (free sample) its okay...since they re pricey...and i like is SuperThrive, it cost ten dollar per pint and use only 1/4 ml per gallon. It will last me few years of this pint.

On the internet on utube they use willow branches to make a soaked over nite tea and honey for medicine and food this helps make a natural root starter and it feeds and is safe for pets.

not on your list but worth a mention.

rhizotonic by canna is by far the best one. it works, it is expensive but definately works. if you run an sog style grow were everything comes down to timing then this product will pay for it's self in no time. use it at max strength when transplanting with no other nutrients, 2 days later the pots are literally full of fuzzy white roots.
