Roots and Other Issues

I am new on this forum. It is so great!!! So much info on here. Me and a buddy have started a grow. Homemade aeroponics. He has done a couple before but not me. I have always done outdoors. I think ill start a grow journal. One of my problems is the roots. They have brown on them. I don't like it. I did find out the sump pump we aerial using is heating the water very hot. I think I have it better but can't seem to get it lower then like 71. Ill post a couple pics and tell me what you think.

The small roots are 5 days before the large ones. I also posted the picture of the black tub.

Sorry for the multiple posts. My phone is actin crazy! Back to it... the black tubs I made with a sprinkler (the only one I could find anywhere) that has a square spray. I have made standard to connect 2 of these together and use 1 pump per 2 tubs. They really spray hard!!! I was kinda worried if it was too hard.... input??.. and suggestions...??.. the setup they are in now is going to be my clone setup. It has a piece of that blue foam with 3 inch holes cut in it. It has four 1/2 in cpvc pipes thru it. With a 360 degree sprayer for each netpot. It works great. Another problem im getting is the humidity is at like 35-39. I want it up higher. I was thinking of putting a couple buckets of water out in the open. Im not sure. I also have two 6 inch pipes and two 8 inch pipes for air. All have duct fans. Only one 8 inch for exhaust. But also have 2too carbon scrubber for exhaust.
