lol ive just realized 8 oz would be a shit tone to expect cause im kinda used to the metric n all system..so i should transplant to a 3 gallon pot veg and train for the next 4 weeks amd then flip to flowering right?
ive topped it before like 2 times should i try bending?it doesnt feel that bendable tho lol
Bends probably the wrong word lol tie a bit of string to the tops and pull them over as much as the plant will allow and tie it down .. do this on the multiple tops and spread that bitch down and out basically opening her up , allowing more light through and keeping height under control by repeating the process as it keeps growing :)

40" of height,,, hum,,, I would not use a typical 3 gallon pot, find something more compact,, sure 3 or more gallons,, just squatty, short and wide, get all the inches of hieght you can for the plant

take down the tin foil,, most people say tin foil creates hot spots,, I just use flat white paint myself, those car windshild sun shades work great ,, but I would rather have the height personally
Keep the leaves bro,,
