ROOTS ORGANIC UPRISING BLOOM

I’m using sohum living soil

4 weeks into flower
My plants look healthy but sad, they need a boost and food
I think I used all the nutrients out of sohum

I have roots organic uprising bloom for my next grow
Can I top dress the sohum living soil w this for help?
 
MAYBE Heat stress?
Been getting a Couple degrees too hot lately
Around 80-81

The pics don’t help much though they look to be under watered. Giving a top dress could help but it will take a week or two to break down and become available to the plants. Those temps are probably ok, much higher than say 85 deg F would cause issues. Heat is likely drying out the soil real fast. If you did not transplant to a larger container just before the flip to bloom phase that could be at the heart of your issues. If it is an absorption problem (ph) potting up with fresh base soil and EWC should help correct it.
Mid-bloom they usually need a boost if the soil cannot provide it. I would try a soluble organic nutrient like liquid fish. Neptune’s harvest w/seaweed is what I use if my plants get pale mid-flowering or in late veg phase. Usually happens when they’ve been in the same container for too long.
