roots out of pot

hi all
i have 3 lowrider plants growing indoor. last week i transplanted them in a 5lt pot and they looked pretty fine after that. but now i've noticed that from 2 of them roots are coming out from the holes placed at the bottom of the pot. is it that normal or am i doing sth wrong?
moreover the 3rd plant has some crimp leaves. i've been keeping the lamp at 30cm from the top of the plants. is it enough?

i took 2 pics, hope it can help ;)

thanks for help

first dude, you need to be worried about the CLAW that your leaves are displaying. You either have a SERIOUS heat problem, or the beginnings of a Mg deficiency. My advice would be to fix that problem first. Can you take some upclose pics of your leaves for me please??? in preperation for fixing this problem, go pick up some epsom salts, and dont do anything with them until you post a better pic of the leaves up close. As far as the roots go, you might wanna consider re-transplanting them back into the same pot, but rearrange the root system so its not all lopped over to one side. how big did you say the pot you were using now is?? you might need an even BIGGER pot, lol.

but that one root tip isnt that much of a problem, you just need to take preventative measures to make sure that no more roots try to peek out of the bottom. But first things first, make sure you take those pics of your leaves for me, and ill let u know if thats a mg def for sure man.

thank you guys
here the new pics. hope are close enough..
the pots i have been using are 5 litres each. in the shop they told me they would have been big enough for this small plant. what kind of pots should i use? anyway i don't have much space (75cm x 55cm)...

thx again
