Unsubscribed meaning he's not subscribing to your thread anymore. Dont blame he really!

Let the rockwool dry out and leave the cover of your rockwool and the light will take care of the roots, roots hate light!
I take it that your plants are very young by the way your roots are forming, so keep your light further than a foot away from the canopy, 2 or 3 feet could do, young plants dont need that much intense light yet.
You dont need to foliar feed instead of top watering. Water from the bottom, by dipping the cube in a few mil of 5.8ph water for a few seconds, the cube will wick the water up to the roots.

The question marks were for why hes is doing so i didnt kno people on here were like that didnt think a simple joke would do that plus I said sorry what more can you want jeez. . . the plants are young, clones tho, so not technically, they are 3-4 weeks and 10"-14" tall so not too big just yet and when would one start to foliar feed at what age do you recommend if at all cuz i have read on here that some people dont as personal preference?

The majority of new growers dont want to foliar feed because they like to keep things simple. There is no need to foliar feed, unless you know what you are doing. If i were you, i'd stick to the basics, until i'd get a few grows under my belt, then start experimenting.

no need to foliar feed. much better to become familiar with your system before you move onto more complicated things.
