Rosin tech and powder mildew

i have a bunch of outdoor that got moldy. We had a wet growing season last year. Has anyone tried to rosin powdery mildew? I read some where that it was ok to us for co2 extraction but not bho. Just curious b/c we've been throwing tons of moldy buds away.

seriously toss it in the trash.as far as I know any form of hash making is going to CONCENTRATE the mildew/mold spores as well as the THC. now that being said if you are the only one consuming it then by all means make the rosin and tell us how it goes. I would just toss it.

Wouldn't do rosin with moldy anything.. depending on how much effort and resources your willing/able to throw at it. Skunkpharmresearch.com has a method they used to make an absolute extract from moldy material. Maybe worth checking out. Topic is salvaging moldy material. Hope this is of some help.

some molds a very deadly to ingest. I used to grow silly mushrooms and any contamination you just through it out as molds can fill what ever they are growing on with substances that will possibly kill ,cause liver damage, or just make you real sick. There are a million different types of mold so not knowing what type makes it an even bigger risk ( not to say there is any good mold on herb) and please air on the side of caution.
