I have 2 females in which one was progressing more so due to she was directly under the light. So i decided to rotate them there's not harm in doing that? just did a swap with each pot.

nope ... ppl actraully recommend doing this during flowering

Lol well i guess i did do the right thing then. Also no i didn't take them out of the pot to switch them so no harm done. Thank younope ... ppl actraully recommend doing this during flowering

Doing that is easier when they are young. I've set up lights so I can move lights around and don't have to move plants.

As long as the light cycle never changes you can rotate to your hearts content. I move mine and spin them to get better light all the time.
