Garden #1

These pictures are a week old, still the buds are further ahead of garden 2 but way smaller buds. Lots of dying leaves too, very disappointing

i havent read the whole thread but are you feeding them any N?

even in flowering the plant still needs a little nitrogen to support leaf growth and such

possible cause for the yellowing/dying leaves?

They all do that in flower. It's normal, and okay, and nothing to worry about or adjust the nute mix over.

what do you think is attributing to the dying leafs?
tristy : "Dude garden 1 is infected with leaf spot disease, very bad. It's a very common disease when guerrilla growing. I did a thread on it awhile back, but i had it this year and the past two years and didn't figure it out till now. I'd lay money that's what's all those dead and yellowed is leaves is from.
Treat it with liquid copper spray, there's a few other product's people are having success with like Eagle 20, immunox, if i remember correctly."

I have been feeding them at 3/4 strength Botanicare Pure Blend Pro Hydro formula 2.5-2-5

I just read through this, I was interested by the 10lb ambition :)

I expected 0 grams, because I figured the local kids would rip my plants. Wound up with an elbow. Just dumped some cow manure with a bit of peat-moss and lime in some holes in the woods, sprinkled some granular chicken poop all around the surrounding weeds (they grew big.) and in the plant. Return a few months later. Win!

PS: The dying leaves is normal, the plant is just finishing up. If they reach the top of the plant before it's done though, next year give em more nitrogen early on.

HARVEST:

I harvested both gardens last night. Rain is coming for the next week and there was a great 5 straight days of sun so I figured I would have to harvest now. I didnt get any pictures unfortunately before the harvest because I was out at night and I didnt want too much flashing lights around.

Garden #1

This garden was ready to harvest but I'm sure I could have left it out for another week or more if there was going to be good weather. However because I was unable to visit this garden very often because of location I was unable to pull all of the males out early. Meaning I will probably have a lot of seeds from this garden, probably around 300 just from the trimmings bag. Also because of the lack of feedings the buds aren't as big as the second garden but I had to harvest the whole garden. I got some really purple bud off some plants on this one.

Garden #2

I only trimmed the large buds off this garden because I could start to see signs of mold on some of the plants. With the coming rain I had to salvage what I could even though they weren't completely finished but very close. I probably only took less than 1/4 of garden 2 and 2.1. I will have to go back in around 2 weeks when there is another 3-4 days of straight sun and see what else I can get.

Conclusion:

I didnt get close to my 10 pound goal but I will update again in a week when everything is dry with final weight for garden 1 and partial weight for garden 2. I will also get some more pictures.
On the bright side I got enough bud to last me until next summer and tons of seeds for next years grow!

I was very happy that neither location was found by anyone. Most likely put plants in one of the locations next year but for sure I will be doing a soy field autoflowering grow and many corn field grows with all the seeds I have now. A bigger stealth veg box that can support 50+ jiffy pellets needs to be built.

Stay tune, I will update later this week with pics and weights.

I got a total of 10.89 ounces from garden 1. This includes a lot of seeds, so I would guess somewhere around 8 ounces of good bud.

For my second garden I got some really nice buds but some have mold for sure and some look kinda strange when I break the bud apart.
Is this mold? What can I do?

^truth, if it was moldy, it'd look moldy. maybe the light is off, but it looks red, if it has that greyish cotton film over it, then it is.
