royal dwarf automatic seeds problem

i bought 10 royal dwarf automatic seeds and i have a problem....

under a 600w lamp in 3rd week it started flowering...they are only 15cm big
how is it possible that in 3rd week it already started to flower if it should start after the first month

he there i am a noob but my lowrider#1 start flowering at 16 17 days old

hey man...i have some royal queen dwarf too...they started at the begining of the 4 week!now i am at the 5 week....i dont know what happent!this girls gonna be more big?you already done with them?how it was?
