Royal Gorilla by Royal Queen Seeds

Hey guys, eagerly awaiting my shipment of Royal Gorilla seeds from RQS and i was wondering if anyone has had any experience growing these girls, any tips on how i should train them and or links to any good diaries to follow? I am running a 600w HPS Recirculating 4 pot hydro system in a 1.2x1.2x2m indoor grow tent

Bro they can grow big I top and trim and don't veg to long else there get outta hand I done three seeds got two different pheno one fruity proper dank I ENT smelt nothing like it before and the other two are fuely not so strong a smell but nice none the less I be ordering again soon to look again the two I had under a 400 HPS have done me proud u should be happy with them in ur setup

I like the royal gorilla. Mine is easy to manage.
Have 1 in a flower room right now. 3 foot high and loaded with buds.
Is a clone off my momma plant.
Was close to 13 inches and bushy when I put it in.
My insane chems are more stretchy than my royal gorilla.
Have a couple from seed purple kush x cookies...those are about the same size as my gorilla. Made those a few months back...
Those plants and more are in my 2000 watt room.
Halfway done.

The gorilla I have is awesome. Will make you Chinese after a few tokes. Makes me a bit lazy but that is ok.

Hey @Blakey, just a few questions im sorry. How long would you recommend i keep them in veg for? what training methods would you recommend i.e scrog or mainlining? and will my veg time be different if i scrog them? Thanks heaps

Bro I grew three seeds two veged for 6weeks and topped twice and trimmed before flower still grew crazy tall so I had other seed veged now for 3 months or so took some cuttings rooted em and strate to flower like real small and wow they grew way bigger than most Ive done this with very stretchy and slow first four weeks flower but wow the colas the two gave me are nice for a 400 and not had a prob with any very easy to grow

What was your grow space height? if you dont mind me asking, ive got room for them to get to about 45 inches by the time theyre ready for harvest, will i be able to scrog them so they dont get taller than that?

Bro I had two meters hight I think they would do well In scrog

I got 1 Royal Gorilla under 300 Watt LED in a 3 x 3 tent. I was looking for a post to see if I could squeeze another plant in my grow tent. I don`t know much about Royal Queen genetics but it`s one of my higher end seeds. Thinking of throwing a freeby seed just to assure I got enough to smoke for 4 months

G Blakey was my old user name I grew lots ov them seeds and I’d say stick with the one in that space g they monstrous I tell ya
If ya veg a month it’s gonna be huge if ya use a big pot the biggest I used was 25 litre and wow man have a look at me old grows big plants man I grew em under 250 a 400 and a 600 Produced brilliant yield under all lighting apart from one earthy pheno but she made up for it in the smoke I kept her goin till unforeseen circumstances came around enjoy ther is a reall fruity pheno all my mates whent mad for it but I did prefer the little less yielding earthy dank one to be fare strong as hell I will find that strain again eventually I’d have it running now but I got gifted a Bruce Banner seed witch I was only saying to my mate reminds of my old glue
