running out of room...what should i do?

I think I like the 8 plants in a 4x4 setup. What was the size of your light again? I don't see it. If it's a 600w or better that'd be nice and a lil extra veg time would be good added to the topping and LST. Plus if you pinch/bend the side branches close to the main stem you can increase your yields and slow the growth by a week or so.

Yeah I'm vegging under a 1000W MH and will switch to 1000W hps like 2nd week of flowering. And yeah I don't want it to get too dense in there because then I have to worry about extreme humidity, poor air flow...and probably bud rot. I figured 8 plants...topped at the 4th or 5th node...will create a very dense even canopy as it is. And then whatever cola's seem to be outgrowing the others i will tie down a bit so i can keep the light nice and close and even.

i wouldnt worry about bud rot and let them go for the size they are another 2 weeks will prob make it just right just goin to be a prick to water and trust me i know )

Hah probably too far away or i'd hit ya up. Tomorrow i get off early so i will have time to get my tent in order. Work on topping these and getting some of this lower growth removed. Im probably going to have to use a pump siphon with a hose to water once they get too big to pull out. Wish i would have built a slightly raised floor now so i could put something very shallow to catch the runoff with. My tent is going to be soaked.

Ain't flushing a bitch? I think I'm gonna have a lot of fun with that. I won't be able to reach the ones in the back row and they'll be so big I can't move the front ones. I need a drain to waste set up set in place and a hose to fire into the room!

Thats a pretty awesome tutorial. I think the grow after this one I want to do like a 4 plant SCROG.....or maybe do 12 plants CCOB. This first grow is just to get a feel for the system...and work out any issues i have or that the tent has. Such issues like how to water a full tent....haha. I think i have that part figured out...just worried about all of the runoff sitting in the bottom of the tent. Maybe I'll try to build a floor raised a few inches off the bottom of the tent this weekend....while they are still small enough to move.
