its day 13 in roots organic with some fox farms organic nutes and a light watering.. they're under the 400 watt hps my mh bulb went out so there under the hps bulb 4 now

It's generally not good to "light water". You don't want any dry soil when you water.

Over watering is not a matter of volume, rather it's frequency. So water heavy and wait for the soil to dry and water heavy. Failure to allow the soil to dry between watering is what we refer to as over watering.
