The kicker is that this rebel group was trained by the US, and was armed and supplied with anti-tank rockets by the CIA. Personally, I think it's time to say fuck this to Russia and start handing out some 1 man Stinger ground to air missiles, like the ones we gave the Taliban in Afghanistan in the 80's. It worked then, why not now?
Personally, I think its about time someone told that megalomaniac Putin to go fuck yourself, and Obama should be the guy to do it (leave it for Trump to clean up the mess) Up the ante, and give the rebels some missiles and let them sail a couple up the tailpipes of those jets.
Let's see how Russia deals with that.
