Rust fungus - Cal Mag issues or both

I can’t tell if it’s rust fungus or cal mag Deficiency or possibly both or something else. After lots of reading I’m still not 100% and would like others opinions before doing anything. Any advice would be great.

Amphetamine autoflower
1 week into flower
7.5 gallon pot
Medium: organic soil w/ ph 6.3
last time watered: 5 days ago W/ runoff of ph 6.2
Feeding Dr. Earth pump grow 1-1-1
1000w full spectrum White Led 20 inches from top
Growing in closet the lights coverage is 2x3
Temps 75-83
Humidity 40-50%
Fresh filtered ac air intake
390cm exhaust fan with charcoal filter.
I cleaned closet well and treated withDiatomaceous earth you might see the whitepowder in the photos

It looks like the same pest that hit my plants.. it eats the cells of the plant then when those cells die they turn brown. Im Not 100% thats your issue but if they look white before they turn brown you can fix with lost coast plant therapy its an organic safe mild soap and alcohol mix. Spray when the lights are off and they should be gone in a day or 2. The leaves look a bit light too.. maybe need more nitrogen? I'm a newbie tho so may want to get more comments before making a decision

Thanks for the input. I haven’t seen any white spots prior to the leaves turning with rust like spots
