Rust spots? Advice needed

Hello everyone,
I posted a thread in the Newbie Central section and thought that maybe I'd get more information here. I've been growing for about a week now. I'm just super anxious that it's rust fungus. Here's what I'm dealing with:
  • 600w MH 18/6
  • indoor grow
  • Not much ventilation yet. I have 2 clip-on fans on them (working on it)
  • Currently in solo cups.
  • I HAVE unknowingly misted before while light was on. Could it be a burn?
  • I haven't been measuring pH due to late shipping. But I got a pH meter, and pH up-and-downs.
  • It gets to about 86 degrees
  • Lights about 12in from plants
  • It does get a little humid during dark hours (also working on controlling)
  • I have 5 plants and only one of them has this problem. One other plant has a really small spot on the colytedon.
  • Master kush
So if it is fungus, what's the first thing I should do? I'm assuming it's either pH imbalance or light burn due to mist.

I'd suggest starting seedlings under a T5 or somethings less powerful for the first 2 weeks. That light is way more than needed and to close for this stage.

you need to do some research --> use the search bar. 86 is to hot. 76-78 is optimal. Cross 80 you start stress and or burning your plant.

You should build and test the environment before trying to maintain life in it. I'm sure you're in a rush we all were when we started. But burning up the seedlings before you get a ph meter delivered or a thermometer is not getting to the finish line faster. If you stress them ,overheat them , or suffocate them and they don't die it could take weeks to get them back on track.

The best advise is read read read.

I did as much research as I could and had built and tested everything before planting. A few things went wrong like the in-line fan suddenly dying on me and my incompetency of calibrating the pH meter. So I ordered a new one. Does that look like a burn to you? The rest (4) of my plants are thriving and doing well.

Also, it's at the top of my tent where there is no current ventilation. There wasn't a spot with a shadow near the plants

It look ok to me. It's really had to screw them up that young. They don't need food and only so serious light.

I dont even put one of my 300W LED 12 inches over my seedlings that aren't even done forming its first TRUE leaves. You're stressing the shiz out of them.

Why would you think you have some rare fungus? You just started how dam dirty can you be? I mean that as a joke. These rare things just don't find their way to a newbie gardener 5 days in.

Yeah I'm probably psyching myself out.. On my other thread, a website sponsor said that it looks like fungus.
