rust spots and curled leaves

:confused:started at the bottom of the plant, about 2 ft. Now it's all over. The leaves, once fully affected, feel very dry to the touch. I've been cutting and discarding the affected leaves but don't want to leave the plant bare.

Plant's in 1 GL pot, w/non-soil mix (not sure about PH etc levels), and gets watered when the top of the material looks somewhat dry. I've fed it once or twice using 10/10/10. I have another plant ditto this, probably 20 feet away from this one, that has no issues and is looking very healthy. They're both outdoor plants amongst other plants.

And, BTW, what does "flush" mean exactly? How many gallons of h20 do you run, etc?

Snails/slugs around or in your area? Is the 10-10-10 MG Shake & Feed? Green pellets? That stuff killed my girls.

Flushing is to remove all the excess nutrients in your soil. Run about 4 gallons through your pot considering it's 1 gallon. 4 to 1.

EDIT: Make sure it's not straight tap water. Chlorine is a bitch.

Ravioli - no snails, 10/10/10 is liquid not pellets/solids. Crap....already flushed w/tap water......I'm crossing my fingers. Will update.
