How often are you feeding it? What kind of soil is it in? A month old is about when I start feeding mine if they look like they need it or want it. I would say you're either over feeding or ph is off. Hard to tell for certain just by pics tho.

Im using a soil which is pre mixed 70/30 Coco perlite, I water daily if not every second day testing the Ph no higher than 6.7,the last few days i have been trying to take it easy on the nutrients just tap water, tent is not very tall so I don't have a way to raise the lights further until I upgrade my tent, I do have less powerful leds I just don't know if I'm gonna get a good result.

I also planted this aprox one month ago same tent/lighting although I'm just using destilled and tap water very light on nutrients I'm using cana Coco a and b plus Cal mag any extra knowledge I can obtain will be golden

How much do you feed/water?

If you do not feed/water til run off.. the roots are not being watered properly. Hence slow growth.

And water/feed so that it is always moist at the least. once a day.. twice a day... whatever it takes.. Never let it dry out.

I water once a day I'm a new grower this is my second attempt at growing, I will definitely lower the ph to 6.0 asap with my next watering, I am surprised as it hasn't gotten taller I will note that during the first 3weeks of growth I had them under a blurple led light tho they have exploded since I started using a CFL which is only 100cm from the plant, I know I'm probably making a lot of mistakes if I can just keep a plant healthy Veg thru flower that will be a huge accomplishment.

Are you feeding them nutrients with every watering? What EC or ppm are you feeding at? As already mentioned you should be feeding to runoff and your nutrient solution should have a target range of 5.5-6.5 pH. Try to hit the same pH for every feeding as large changes in pH between feeds can cause plant stress. 10%-20% of the nutrient water you put in should drain out the bottom of the pot. Good luck.
