Okay.. not so bad. You have a little bit of "the claw" from feeding high-phosphorous food during stretch, a high-demand period for nitrogen. Is that lowest leaf in the 2nd photo yellowing? That would confirm my argument. I did this last year, too, and if we had a nickel for every RIU'er whose done the same, we'd be outta here. A formula in some multiple of 3-1-2 is ideal for vegging on through to the end of stretch; the extra phos and potassium in a 15-30-15 can't be used, builds in the soil, and the plant has to give water back to the soil to balance the salts around the roots (so, those curled tips are little dehydrated areas).
At this point, stretch is over, and overall your plant looks pretty healthy. If you've fed sometime within the last week, just go with plain water for another week or so, then resume the 15-30-15 at half-strength once a week for another 2-3 weeks, then go to plain water the rest of the way. Be sure also, when you water, to water enough to get runoff out of the bottom of the pot. That will carry out some of the excess salts.
Good luck! She'll turn out fine; don't worry. My plants were twice as bad as yours at the same point, and they came out great bud-wise, which is what matters ultimately.
