Rusty spots, narrow and clawing top leaves

Dear fellow growers..

My first time here..
I've been growing for more than a year now. I have a mother that has been reveged and a clone from it. A few weeks ago I noticed strange rusty brown spots on the youngster. I tought it was rootbound maybe a bit cause the repotting was delayed. After that I repotted it into a bigger pot with fresh 6.6 ph soil. Usually I try to not overwater my plants, but since the cold weather has came, maybe the balance of my routine of waiting for the soil to be more dry and watering only than has been fluctuated a bit (due to slower evaporation because of lower temps) Anyway I waited till the top of the soil looked dry enough, and only than I watered the clone. Recently I've realized that the brown spots have spread upward and now the top leaves started to develop the same spots on the tips. The top leaves are clawing too. Today I've realized that the mother plant have started to develop the same symptoms with nukeburn like tips and those rusty spots all over and clawing top leaves. The mother is fed with Canna Terra Vega, but I think in reasonable amounts to avoid toxicity.. (and not with every watering).. Because the mother have started to develop the same symptoms and the two are in separeted boxes but share the air in a cupboard with no back I suspect maybe its a fungal infection ? Alternaria is the one with similar dry, rusty, brown spots that I've found. But I'm confused now..What the fuck could it be? Lock out? Deficiency? Overwatering? Root rot? The fans are on 24/7 since the hotter days of summer...But now with colder nights maybe its too much? (however I use pc fans...) Oh, and I use CFLs

If somebody could help me it would be appreciated. Thank you guys.P1110787.JPGP1110774.JPGP1110775.JPGP1110779.JPGP1110780.JPGP1110781.JPGP1110782.JPGP1110783.JPGP1110785.JPG

What type of soil? Looks like it has poor drainage? Ph of your water? Temps? I'm no pro, but it seems maybe a few different issues? What is the rh? Is it stable after lights out? This forum has awesome help, but they need certain info to really dial in on the problem. Hope this helps.

Hey Amorph..
Agreed with FF..More info needed.

My guess..You have a soil specific issue going on of some kind..First, grab yourself a probe moisture meter as you dont really seem to know if you're over watering or underwatering...? Thus root issues leading to nute absorption problems...Root rot?

Sorry, dont have my glasses and cant see your photos very well..

You mention pH of soil..but you need to pH water as well?aim for 6.2-6.5..ph of our water here in Central Canada is about 7.3...A pH too high/low can lock out some nutes...
If you haven't got..pH in right range...you'll be mucking with Calcium Mangnesium...

Once you figure soil moisture we'll have something solid to work with...since it seems like you a using some regular balanced soil as a medium...Im getting impression you might not be testing pH of your water?
