They are claiming it is hemp but look again at the photo they include. That's not hemp it's pot.

I don't think they were "claiming" it was hemp. They kept referring to it as both marijuana and hemp, often in the same sentence. I've known a lot of people who've known nothing about pot, that refer to marijuana as hemp; they think they're one and the same.
