Sad seedling

This grape ape seedling has been out of the ground for about 5 days now. I think I accidentally over watered the other day. Poured a shot glass of water around the edges of the pot. I woke up to the plant looking droopy the next morning. Before then I was just spray watering. I may continue to do that in small quantities. I just feel like there has been zero growth the past couple days. Also I noticed that there are brown spots and discolorations on the true leaves as you can see. Not sure what it means. Any help is appreciated. Where should it be at by now size wise?

I have also been spray watering anytime the soil is try to the knuckle.

medium: promix hp

Yup. What T said. You should have left it in a solo till you saw roots also. Easier to manage... that pots gonna need way more water than a shot glass

How would he save it, get the vigor back at this point? The damaged center growth is concerning.

I'd go with a cfl bulb, a dash of seaweed juice, or Recharge and hope for the best.
Following up, water around the edges, let the roots seek it. If its coco, you know the rules.
Transplant seems counter productive, new seed would be first choice, pass this one up late next week.

I'd give it just a good watering until you see runoff. I'm not familiar with Promix HP, it's just coco isn't it? If that's the case, you'll definitely need to start feeding

I'd water it with a Turkey baster, no need soak the whole container. Like T macc said, if it's just promix it might be time time to feed. If it is, a light ewc top dress will do. If organic.

no its not coco. I believe there are already some pre amended nutrients in it

There are no nutes in hp. It’s just premium soil, feed it a very weak feed once a week. And water it when it’s light. (As in water it and pick it up, when it feels light from that weight water it). And don’t stress it... it’s gonna make it or not. Either way trying a bunch of stuff isn’t gonna help.

It’s very dry and needs water n very little food. Nothin crazy... if he had coconut water it would bounce right back. Some root blast would help. But at very small amounts. Although it will more than likely rebound on just water and light feeding.
