As I am not entirely sure of the legislation from state to state, I tried to make a generalized statement. I suppose it is comparable to Papaver somniferum.. legal to grow, illegal to cultivate.In a lot of countries that's true. In the U.S. though that's not quite so general.In New Mexico it is. In Florida if you're a picker that's true. If you have a good lawyer, we'll see in the other states.
