Sagratmatha Strawberry D-Lite

Strain: Strawbery D-Lite ( Strawberry Cough x NYCD)

Growth: Very compact indica style growth, very short tight internodes, Pheno's seem similar. Started off slow in veg but explodes in flower, almost like the strain is storing it's energy for the 12/12. Took great to topping for 4 main colas, took great to LST, took great untouched. I would recommend topping or tying down.
Medium: Soil. Roots Organic amended with garden lime and Plant Success myco
Nutes: I used a sample i got from my shop of Xtreme Gardening fert bags (8-4-4) composed of mostly chicken manure. It kept everything green in veg without any other nutes besides FF BB and molassess. In flower I used Botanicare CNS Bloom (2-2-3) , Big Bloom, and molasses.

Yield: Great. 4 out of 5

Bag Appeal: Nothing extra special. tight dark green nuggets, red hairs. Average

Smell: Here's where the appeal starts. Sweet, you can smell the diesel, you can smell the sour berry smell ... a perfumey hashy undertone. just a WHOA type smell. 8 out of 10

Taste: Beautiful! Fruity, acidic, the diesel takes a backseat to the berryish flavor. I've grown two different strawberry strains. This definately has the "strawberry" flavor. I wouldn't say strawberry though.. i give it 7 out of 10. great but not the greatest

The High: Great great great!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY clear headed, Very uplifting. I've never grown strawberry cough but i'd imagine this is why it's so popular. A great morning, daytime smoke. Although it's still an indica, it's not a knockout indica, relaxing, no paranoia, good mood, great for depression. Seems like it's working well for anxiety also....i'm realizing now i forgot to take my meds. 9 out of 10

Comments: I'm so stoned at this point that i can't think of anything else to say other than ..... This was everything i expected it to be. An all around great high. I would SURELY keep a strain of this calliber around, and will surely order this again, and again. I haven't met a ceiling level on it yet ..but I'll update the report with pics as soon as get the motivation. It's morning now. I don't feel like having a photoshoot with my buds yet.

Nice report...thanks for posting it. I just received two of these fem beans from Attitude during their latest promo. Wanted to get the TGA freebies, and the Strawberry D-Lite seemed like a worthy strain to try out in the future.

for sure man!!! i didn't know they were giving away tga freebies ... my computer has been broke .... I think i got a new one 2 days after the promo went off .... I'm still not sure what was being offered .......
The strawberry D will not disappoint .... although upon further review ..... this bud can be a sleeper.

i've never seen the tude give away any sagarmatha gear before.. odd..

anyhoo's, i've grown the strawberry d lite and had pretty much the same experiences that you have had as well ataxia.. very nice smoke indeed, and i agree, it is not too couch lock in affect, which i enjoyed very much.. and the smell is amazing for sure..

Yep, that's what I meant. I also bought a 5-pack of G13 Blueberry Gum in a separate order, so I got four each of the tga freebies.

Thanks for the report....Just ending week 3, with HS SBD, this one is also quite explosive when it hits the flowering room.

Nice report ataxia, i love me some fruity strains, the stinker's are still my favorites but sometimes you need something for the sweet tooth. got any pics of the buds?

I've been having alot of problems in my garden due to the heat ... so i haven't been snapping pics at all these days ... but i do have some i just cut a few days ago ....I promise to post pics of the dried bud in a day or so ....
this is an awesome strain. The smell is AMAZING when it's cracked under your nose.
The sweetest bud i've grown to date was Hammerhead ( Medicine Man x White Rhino) from Medical Seeds Co. When i say it's sweet it's like fucking diabetic coma sweet ..Overwhelmingly sweet.... however ... It is by far the worst yield i've gotten from a plant.

How long did you flower the Strawberry D-lite?

i don't have an exact day number for you ...but it's a quick finisher ...i'd say 8 to 9 weeks tops. Trichs turned pretty quickly over a two week period.

nice report ataxia. i have a strawberry dlite in veg right now. very short compact. like a fullback almost. cant wait to smoke her fine ass. got me all excited now. im a big smell guy!

haaaa ...totally like a fullback. a strong, compact fast little fucker that takes off. ...dude the buds smell heavenly ... sweet, sour, fucking great shit.

Great review!! I couldn't agree more this was one of my favorite grows. Good yielding, great stone and sweet smelling! I'm a big fan of Sagarmatha, having good results from their Double Blueberry strain as well.

i grew the sd as well in the past, and also loved it.. but for whatever reasons, it always seems like sagarmatha falls through the cracks for the most part and you don't see too many people growing out there gear, which is a real shame imo as they have some really nice gear for sure..
i've never grown an auto before, but their double diesel ryder has caught my eye now for awhile..

ive grown double diesel ryder before, deff worth it!
