all very simple my friend... check it out though. DONT DRIVE ON THIS SHIT!!!!! ill explain after:
supplies:
1/3 lb - 1 lb of poppy seeds you can buy at most grocery stores. i got mine from an organic store. couldnt find them in bulk like i needed anywhere else
cold water
lemon juice
old t shirt
2 liter bottle
take your seeds and put them all in the 2 liter bottle. fill with cold water just above the seeds and add a little bit of lemon juice dont matter how much. just a splash or 2.
shake hard non stop for 5 minutes. then keep it cold. i got a big bowl filled with ice water and kept my 2 liter in that.
shake it every few minutes real hard for an hour.
then strain into a glass using the old t shirt as a screen/filter. itll stain the shirt so thats why i say use an old one.
drink up.
it dont taste that bad.
now i used a lb. im 145-150 pounds. 5'8"
it was -15 f outside -30f witht the windchill that night. when i went outside to the car (they didnt kick in yet and we just smoked so we wanted some munchies) i had a tshirt on and my hands and arms werent cold at all.
it kicked in on the way down. i was falling asleep and everyturn felt like i was spinning and floating. made me nauses a little. but the bad part was how hard it was to stay awake. thats why i say dont drive. it took like 2 plus hours to kick in too. i thought it didnt work but it does!!
edit: my gf used 1/3 of a lb thats why i say 1/3 to a pound in the supplies. shes 5'2" 95 pounds
