Same smell different day...WTF

Yo what's up guys. Alright so the past few grows i've noticed that im always getting flowers that smell relatively all similar....real sweet and fruity, though i've only grown indica dominate i have to say im really not getting much of a difference maybe some more spicer than others but still sweet and fruity.

Strains consist of-

master kush
Big Buddha Cheese
Ak47 auto
And 3 random bagseed

So basically i wanna know what kind of smells do you experience during mid flowering, and from what strains.

all the strains have slightly diff smells.alot of things could affect this aswell,certain nutes and the environment will change the smell

I've grown GHS lemon skunk and it smelled 100% like lemon heads, no kidding, with a slight skunky hint. My Kushberry was like Blueberry pop-tarts & my OG kush was just a really good dank bud smell. And I have had a bag seed smell like black licorice, and another like cotton candy kind of. I have only had like 3 harvests too, still learning. So I personally have experienced a bit of variation. However most "strains" have a similar smell because.....get this......there all marijuana. So bud, as far as smell/taste goes, is going to be similar, with some exceptions. Please don't read this as, All bud is the same!, thats not what I'm trying to say. Watch out for new seed banks trying to sell shitty/fake/or repackaged strains though. Do some google searches for a smoke report or grow journal for the strain you wanna buy, AND GOOGLE THE SEEDBANK YOU ORDER FROM, to see some buyer reviews to check if their legit or not. I forgot to mention if you see a seed bank trying to sell 5-10 seeds for like $200, google it and look at the prices on other sites. just make sure there legit sites.

Good Sites I have went through:

1. Attitude Seed Bank ( http://www.cannabis-seeds-bank.co.uk/ )
2. Hemp Depot ( http://www.hempdepot.ca/ )
3. BC Bud Depot ( https://secure.bcbuddepot.com/ )

These are the only three I use. Wide enough selection between the 3 of them to get most of the strains out there for a reasonable price. Just make sure to price check between the 3 sites if they sell the same seeds...For example I think Attitude Seeds sells the cheapest GHS ($35 for 5 Lemon Skunk seeds compared to Hemp Depot's $120 for 10).

my initial thought was environment and nutes but i've switch both and gotten similar products. So it comes to Kool cat i think it is different strains have different genetics but i wanna know a detailed breakdown of what and why certain strains smell the way they do.
