Datasheet claims 630mA! I I don't think they measured @1m distance.
Most problably at a usually used distance like 12-18"

does any one know what lv flux is as i was looking at red leds and intsead of lm they are using lv is this a new type of flux as these leds say 400lv cree reds are 80-100 lm so is lv better ??

monos generally use mW for output instead of lumens as its not really in the range where lumens are measured. you can compare mW out vs mW in to get efficiency
