Back story-I ordered a couple of packs of Sour Turbo, plus some of his soil tabs. Unfortunately, about half of the seeds got crushed during shipment.
I sent him a polite e-mail, told him what had happened, and made a suggestion about preventing such damage in the future.
He replied the next day and told me replacements were on the way, with a little extra for the trouble. Picked up the envelope today, had the replacement Sour Turbo's, plus 5 Afghaan x NYCD and 5 Killing Fields x NYCD beans...
