Me either......... are there alternative issues going on here?
Yes sannies has been having orders dissapear so often that the shipping is track and trace.

Seems to thing it is a Netherlands postal employee is the way I understand it. Just what I've gathered though. But issues are arris sing as of late.

Dont click on the link to nl post sannie sends as its already populated with a different tracking number giving you the impression someone else already got ut. Go to nlpost and manually enter yiur number.

LMAO this dude is about to piss me the fuck off

After all the orders I have made from sannie (A TOTAL OF 14)I loged into my acocount and counted.

One time I asked for reship and now basically he is saying fuck off. This has got to be a joke I even offered to order more a he add it to that order.

FUCKING NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS BULLSHIT!!! I am going to call the CC company and reverse charges fuck it plenty of other seedbanks.

If its in the country of destination it means the Post Office or customs has it. Could it be an issue with your address?

Look at the tracking I posted. It was in the sataes on the 15th of this month.Then left the states to get delivered to the states. lol

And honestly the address has not changed on my 13 other orders.

I will post the emails here later of sannies and my emails. He was rude and unwilling to help. I stayed calm and polite was willing to spend twice as much as the first time and he's rather refund my money and loss a customer than to re-ship.

I am still just aww struck by how this whole thing went down.

If Sannie has offered to refund your money dont call your CC company.
He is having a huge problem mailing seeds to America and he is about to cancel it all together.

You know Sannie by now that he would not do this if it was not drastic.

My Cheeseberry/CBhaze order says arrived in country of destination 3/16
Still waiting. Sounds like the problem is with the good old US post office

I'm not going to reverse the charges I was just pissed. Still am.

I offered to spend more money and asked for a reship. He basically said fuck you I'll give you your money back.

That just doesn't make sense as I offered to order double if he would be willing to help me out.

For some reason he would rather loss me as a customer. I don't get it I am just pissed off that's all.

And not that my package is not here but that sannie is just like yeah so what you want your money back

No I want the fucking seeds I ordered and the other 6 strains I'm waiting to order. Lol

I understand where youre coming from hydgrow, but once it leaves his hands and the p o fucks it up hes out the seeds. You will order more but what if more run into problems? Then he has to keep tacking on seeds to reship to some place that may have a dickhead postal worker fucking with his business. Why would it go back and get reshipped by the post office? Maybe they lost the package or scanned the wrong thing. At least youre not out anything like he is. Out seeds and out of a customer for something that is out of his hands.

The maillady just left. It was the regular USPS delivary and she pulled up and honked.
My mailbox is close to the main road so she has to drive back to my hollow. So I go out and she says you have a delivery from the Netherlands. As I am signing she is looking it over and she says I hope it is not fragile. I said its a souvenir from the soccer team I have been waiting for. The soccer team souvenir is a great cover cause there are lots of team pins and its big over thereAnd that was it

The scenario I mentioned above is what hes actually done in the past but it seems like the US is too much of a hassle for him. Couple that with some shady guys who were trying to milk orders by reporting them lost and you can see him being leery. I believe you completely and it leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you're trying to give someone money and youve been a great customer but they dont want it due to things you didnt do. Sucks bad.

My brother went through the same thing with Time Warner Cable. He orders UFC every month and pays his bills ontime. Sometimes there are 2 fights a month but TWC has a 1 event per month limit on PPV fights. He has to argue for them to charge him and put the fight on. He spends $250 a month with them.

Frustrating as hell.

My old job used to ship to prisons. A lot of the times the guards would steal or confiscate the mail. When the customers came to complain, we didnt have an answer because the prison doesnt provide one. So we just stopped shipping to prisons. It sucks telling someones mom we cant take your money and you cant give your son a magazine because some asshole guard has it in for him.

My first order from sannie was a freakin nightmare!! After 41 days i finally got my money refunded, I would e-mail him about it and he would send me the exact same message almost every time..To me he seemed like he could care less if i got seeds or not..He answered all e-mails but never would resend and made me wait all that time for nothing..

My experiances with Sannie have been the complete opposite. Everytime I emailed him I was promptly replied to. Twice there have been "problems" and both times he reshipped my beans and I recieved them promptly.

Sannie has a steller reputation and you will find very few complaints on the net unlike every other seedbank.

It does seem as if there are some issues lately but I feel Sannie will solve them and get back on track.

Same here. Ordered twice, both times my order didn't show up and both times Sannie replied to my email promptly and re-shipped both orders. Which I received in about a week after he re-shipped them, both times.

That's why the signature verification was started, too many missing orders and no way to find out why. In the past, he was simply re-shipping and refunding w/no questions asked. And as he posted on his own site, was losing $$ on the US. So tracking separates the wheat from the chaff so to speak. They almost stopped shipping here period.

There is no one more honest or customer friendly then Sannie.......every vendor occasionally has problems getting seeds to the U.S. bar none. I've emailed Sannie many times and 100% of the time he has responded within 24 hours. I'm guessing if he's not responding, you're either being a pain in the ass with too many emails or the "tones" of your emails are unacceptable. Be calm, friendly and to the point and he'll respond....
