After what I said in a thread about possible ghosts, if I told the story I want to tell, if it came down to only two people here not thinking I am insane, it would likely become only one person thinking it because like in the other case it's a total ... no way at all, nope, no way ........ reaction by many, and one that is reasonable and fully understandable, because I might even have my doubts and not be the last one to believe me ..... but like the other stuff .... I have no doubts about having seen something that would fit this topic.

Not quite-a Windago is a forrest spirit that can be either benevolant or malevonant-its coming is usually preceeded by wind.If one has offended the spirit he/she would be picked up and carried up through the treetops out of sight of your companions.Usually the victem is returned-dropped from the sky and displaying the physical characteristics of hypothermia,weight lose and can never be warmed back up.The end result is always madness and quiet often death.It is said that the Windago favours pine and spruce forrests and will favour those who leave tobaco in its territory.There have been several documented cases of Hudson Bay employees running afoul of the spirit and paying dearly for it.
