Sativa-dominant, not flowering, crowded scrog...

Okay, long story short, I have been trying growing this same plant for over a year now and this is my 4th attempt in hydro. It's a sativa with 3+months of flowering time. In all my attempts it kept stretching into the roof and this time I made a scrog for it but I'm not sure if I am doing it right. I have flipped to flowering couple of days ago and still no clumps of pistils. Plant is a clone so should be mature to flower. Should i cut down some of the main branches in between to create adequate space between the branches? I want to minimize stretch and I heard plant will stretch more if its overcrowded. I am feeding 6-20-30 at 600ppm with 40ppm of calcium nitrate for the missing calcium in the main formula. I had to reduce it so low because i was seeing nitrogen toxicity. At this point I'm not sure what is the right way to go from here. Whether to defoliate or cut some stems off completely, or even possibly cut all the main branches off at same level as a last ditch effort to control the height.

Why are we vegging for so long? It takes a week or two for them to start flowering. It will grow to be 2-3x its current size before it stops growing vertically.

I only have one grow space, so this was kept outside the tent to veg for a while. To be honest this is my second dwc attempt. I didn't even think it would make it(owing to previous root rot), but it kept going and going and I thought lets put it to flower why not.

Should I remove some of the main branches to open up the space a little or would multiple branches help in reducing overall stretch? I don't know what to do...

I'd chop any branches short of the canopy by a lot.. if you have potential branches that may produce.. LST the taller branches to lay down with your potentials so they grow consistently.

If you look in my picture, there is no place to supercrop. The whole tent is filled with branches which is why I was asking if i should remove some of the mass(cutting off smaller branches) to make way for other branches.
Yeah like i said, you have to much plant mass meaning you need to remove a good bit of those branches. maybe 1/3 of them.
