Sativa flowering vs kush flowering?

I’m only on my third grow,
But my experience is that my Sativa’s are sensitive to nutrients.
I can’t say I’ve grown an Indica dominant strain to date.
My Sativa started to flower immediately when I flipped the lights and are much further along than my, what I consider a less Sativa dominant plant.
I’ve seen everywhere that Sativa’s tend to go longer in flower.
Trichomes are the only true “tell” from my research.

All three of my grows were from random seeds I had or was given.
All from good smoke, but no specifics as they were all in a container.
I guess it’s just the luck of the pull?
I do have what was said to be Platinum Blue Dream in veg now.
I have no specific verifiable genetics.
This is also the first time I have had a veg and flower room to use.
Really hoping this is PBD!
