sativa harvest

When harvesting a sativa do you want all cloudy trichs or cloudy with some amber? I've read mixed reviews anyone with experience give me feedback.

depends on the kinda high you want?!..just a general rule of thumb is ...cloudy=head high, able to function and go to functions. amber=more body buzz couch lock stay home n eat cookies

Sativa's usually are more of a head high ... Indica body stone .... But my question is should sativa be harvested @ all cloudy or with some amber?

well true...but here in lies the dilema. the longer you wait for the sativa to harvest the more head high you will take away and start bring in the body buzz. so if you want that indica buzz.....wait till they are amber...if you want the true sativa high harvest when cloudy!!

yea they will but i dont know if it is noticeable or not....if you want both harvest half the plant then wait 2 weeks or so and harvest the rest!! i usually will cut the top branches and let the lower ones ride it out!!

well, you're growing a sativa (which usually produces a head high), so stick with cloudy trichs and you'll be in the clouds. anything into amber and you'll be drooling on your couch for a few hours :hump:

I try to wait for a few ambers. Sometimes a strain will not want to go amber or the pistils to turn dark.
